The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a portfolio of U.S.-based roles, primarily in the senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sectors. This role requires deep knowledge of U.S. hiring practices, strong sourcing capabilities, and excellent communication skills to partner with hiring managers and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles across multiple U.S. locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, target profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, Boolean search, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and present qualified candidates with clear notes and recommendations.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and guide hiring managers through the selection process.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and contribute to data-driven reporting and KPI tracking.
• Stay informed of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in U.S. recruitment.
• Support employer branding and talent marketing efforts as needed.
