Your Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for full lifecycle hiring process for QA specialist roles for entry/junior level:
- Reviewing applications
- Conducting phone and/or video interviews
- Arranging and (if needed) taking part in F2F interviews
- Offer preparation
- Taking part in external events, career fairs to promote the company and develop candidate pipeline as appropriate
- Keeping high level of stakeholders satisfaction
- Exploring other candidates pipeline opportunities
We expect you to have:
- Experience gathering candidates through multiple channels (job sites, social networks, references, events, fairs, educational institutions, etc.)
- Initial recruitment experience
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Fluent in Russian
- Good command of English
- Tashkent based and familiarity with local market
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience with volume hiring ideally for entry level roles
- Prior recruitment experience in IT companies or recruitment agencies - 1 year minimum
- Prior experience organizing assessment centers or other interviewing events
- Prior experience working with educational institutions to grow pipeline of candidates
