Due to our continued explosive growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to make an impact; set realistic sourcing, recruitment, activity, and fulfillment goals; and deliver qualified candidates for all branch staffing needs. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for Turf Masters Brands and platform of companies.
Responsibilities

Sources candidates for high volume position openings using employment websites and internal applicant tracking system.

Conducts job board key word searches, works applicants from posted ads and other sources via cold calling, emailing, and texting, as well as planning and attending career fairs and networking.

Develops and maintains a pipeline of candidates for assigned positions.

Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

Teams with hiring managers to determine plans to identify candidates, including applicant tracking database searches, job board key word searches & phone/web mining.

Screens and interviews applicants and conducts candidate reference checks.

Documents and communicates employment recommendations to hiring managers.

Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.

Collaborates with the hiring manager and human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

Generates recruitment status reports

Provides cross-functional support within the recruitment team as needed

Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting outreach sessions.
Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required

Minimum 3 years of recruiting required, minimum of 1 year sales experience may be considered.

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, preferred

SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, a plus
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System is a plus
