Key Responsibilities


Hiring & Talent Acquisition
● Own end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles across the US.
● Hire for roles including (but not limited to):
○ Software Engineers, Data Engineers, SREs, Architects, Machine Learning
○ Product, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Ops
● Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and
timelines
● Source, screen, interview, and close candidates across multiple functions
Sourcing & Candidate Experience
● Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and creative sourcing
strategies
● Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
● Deliver a high-quality, transparent, and respectful candidate experience
● Act as a strong brand ambassador for Altimate AI

Process & Operations
● Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and hiring decisions efficiently
● Help improve and scale recruiting processes suitable for a growing startup
● Work with HR/Ops on offers, onboarding handoffs, and documentation
● Track hiring metrics and provide insights to leadership as needed
Stakeholder Collaboration
● Work directly with founders and senior leaders on priority hires
● Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation expectations, and hiring
strategy
● Balance speed with quality in a fast-moving product environment


What We’re Looking For
● 4-7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in startups or product companies
● Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
● Strong understanding of tech hiring (engineering, data, infra roles)
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously

Nice to Have
● Experience hiring for data, AI, or developer-focused products
● Familiarity with ATS tools and structured interview processes
● Experience working closely with founders or early leadership teams
