Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Recruiter to act as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, driving recruitment delivery and best practice while serving as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers. The role is responsible for delivering the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and seamless candidate experience, and supporting hiring across multiple grades and business areas.

What you will do:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through to offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to gather role requirements and advise on recruitment strategy and process.
  • Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
  • Conduct market mapping and provide external market insights across multiple capabilities and skill sets.
  • Build talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
  • Screen, shortlist, and recommend suitable applicants.
  • Assess candidate competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Track and report talent acquisition data to support collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Use Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management systems accurately to maintain compliance and reporting integrity.
  • Promote inclusive hiring practices and support diversity-focused initiatives.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new joiners.
  • Lead or contribute to recruitment-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Present recruitment analytics and insights to senior stakeholders to inform decision making.
  • Proven experience in recruitment within a complex, matrixed organisation, ideally within IT consulting, management consulting, or professional services.
  • Experience working within an in-house recruitment function or a Recruitment Process Outsource provider.
  • Demonstrated success using direct sourcing tools and proactive sourcing methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage the complete candidate journey from application to onboarding.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management systems.
  • Experience in strategic hiring and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
  • Strong track record in specialist or volume recruitment environments.
  • Experience using recruitment analytics and market insights to drive decision making.
  • Confidence presenting data and insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and creative problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed environment with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within HR and cross-functional teams.
