We are currently looking for a Home Care Recruiter who is proactive, friendly, and detail-oriented to help us grow our caregiving team.


Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview qualified caregivers for home care assignments.

• Coordinate the hiring process, including reference checks, credentialing, onboarding, and orientation.

• Maintain an organized recruitment pipeline and update applicant tracking systems regularly.

• Build and maintain relationships with caregiver training programs, schools, and referral partners.

• Respond to incoming calls from virtual assistant agencies or marketers offering lead generation services, and identify whether they are attempting to reach the referral point of contact.(Shared responsibility with Scheduler)

• Collect and log potential referral source contact information (e.g., from hospitals, rehab centers) for the office to follow up on as part of outreach efforts.

• Take clear, detailed notes of all candidate and vendor interactions to ensure smooth hand-offs between team members.

• Represent the company professionally at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach opportunities.

• Support onboarding and initial caregiver scheduling as needed.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; outgoing and personable with a professional tone.

• Strong attention to detail, able to take and maintain accurate, clear notes.

• High level of organization and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and email communication.

Familiarity with WellSky or similar scheduling/care management platforms is a plus.

Requirements

1year of experience in recruitment or similar.

Experience managing high call volumes or vendor communication is a plus.

•Prior experience in a customer service or caregiver-focused role is beneficial.

Shift Schedule Monday - Friday 8a.m- 6p.m. EST
