Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop sales strategies to approach them.
- Promote our staffing solutions and services to prospective clients through calls, emails, and presentations.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms and techniques to attract top talent across different sectors.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and clients within the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to maximize candidate placements and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sales, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment as well as sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and CRM systems.
