Job Opening: Recruitment Coordinator

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Full-Time, Remote Work.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to assist with streamlining the recruitment process. In this role, you will aid in coordinating candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records, ensuring a smooth experience for applicants and hiring managers alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting through the applicant tracking system.
  • Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding documents to selected candidates.
  • Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract talent.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or administrative roles preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn about recruitment best practices.
