Restaurant365 is seeking a Candidate Recruiter to join our corporate Talent Acquisition team onsite in Mexico City. This role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and screening candidates across both Mexico and the United States, while partnering closely with U.S.-based recruiters and hiring managers in a fully English-speaking business environment.
The ideal candidate has strong sourcing fundamentals, experience supporting corporate or SaaS hiring, and is comfortable recruiting across multiple geographies in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting organization.

Conduct candidate outreach, engagement, and screening calls primarily in English, with Spanish as needed for Mexico-based candidates
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for corporate, technical, and professional roles across multiple locations
Partner closely with Restaurant365 recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Screen candidates for skills, experience, communication ability, and cultural alignment
Track candidate activity, pipeline progress, and outcomes accurately in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Coordinate interviews across time zones and support the end-to-end recruiting process as needed
Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience aligned with Restaurant365’s employer brand
Meet or exceed sourcing and recruiting KPIs, including response rates, pipeline health, and time-to-fill support
What You'll Do
3–5 years of experience in recruiting and/or candidate sourcing
Experience recruiting for U.S.-based and international roles
Strong hands-on sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms
Ability to conduct structured candidate screens and assess role fit
Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written)
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar)
Familiarity with recruiting practices, labor considerations, and candidate markets in both Mexico and the U.S.
Compensation
Compensation for this position is $367,200–$550,800 MXN annually, depending on experience.
