We are seeking a seasoned Recruiter to join our team and lead the hiring process for non medical caregivers. This role is critical to supporting our growing operations and ensuring we maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for our home care services.
Key Responsibilities
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for caregiver positions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
• Coordinate orientation schedules and ensure candidates attend onboarding
sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of applicants and recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams to align hiring goals and KPIs.
• Adjust recruitment strategies based on market trends and company needs.
• Participate in HR meetings to discuss staffing priorities and ad placements.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates to reduce drop-off rates.
Work Schedule - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
