Recruiter (m/f/n)

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across business functions (from intake meeting to offer stage)
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles and sourcing strategies
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, database search and direct outreach
• Screen CVs and conduct structured competency-based interviews (STAR methodology)
• Build and present shortlists with clear hiring recommendations
• Coordinate interview stages and ensure a smooth, high-quality candidate experience
• Prepare and negotiate job offers in cooperation with hiring managers and HR
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Share market insights (salary benchmarks, talent availability, trends) with the business
• Support internal mobility processes and ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a similar role working in a dynamic environment (agency or in-house)
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment
• Confidence in offer negotiations
• English at min. B2 level
• Proficiency in Polish language is required
