Lemon.io is hiring a Recruiter to join our well-preserved HR team. It’s been years since we had 2 specialists in our team. We look for excellence in attracting talents and designing cool employee experience, but with the current company scaling pace, we need another set of curious mind, caring heart and quick hands.

Our team is now around 60 people, but we have 8 open vacancies, and this is only the beginning.
We work fully remote, but have an office in Kyiv. We use every chance to meet :)

Your main goal will be recruiting talents. We are looking for someone to handle full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, working in partnership with hiring managers, being the company ambassador throughout the whole process, and making sure the talent landed safely and successfully. At some point, depending on the team capacity and priorities, you will pull tasks from HR backlog.
