The international technology company Ajax Systems opens a full-cycle production facility in Türkiye.

We invite Production Engineers to join the production management team and oversee all the production processes in line with the company’s quality standards and manage the production team. This position is a key strategic role in the company contributing to sustaining and growing business to achieve long-term success at Ajax.
Location: Istanbul, DESBAS(Tuzla)
Reports to: HR Manager
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead all recruitment activities mainly blue collar positions of the Company,
Design recruiting procedures (e.g. job application, assessment methodology, and onboarding processes),
Develop and monitor key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting results,
Manage the interview, assessment, and shortlisting processes,
Manage contracts, job specifications, and terms of employment with successful candidates,
Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques,
Develop and lead onboarding process for new joiners and act as a point of contact for all recruitment processes,
Plan, establish, and oversee the company’s Job Boards presence related to recruitment needs,
Coordinate organizational changes in line with staffing standards,
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role,
Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization,
Excellent organizational and time management skills,
Business knowledge of Turkish and English,
Excellent at both verbal and written communication.
