Huawei Turkey Research and Development Center (Huawei Turkey R&D) Multi-Platform Development Center is an application development organization focused to enrich iOS ecosystem.

We are looking for a Recruiter to manage recruitment activities and support business requirements in the department. You will be working with HR Team closely and you will be responsible for CV search, phone screening with candidates, arranging interviews with stakeholders and following up the all recruitment processes etc.

Job Description:

• Working closely with assigned business managers to deliver recruitment needs,
• Conducting resume and phone screens, face to face interviews with applicants,
• Coordinating all interviews, including scheduling with interviewers and candidates,
• Conducting competency based interviews,
• Developing search strategies to reach and attract qualified candidates,
• Drafting job descriptions and job postings that accurately describe the company’s roles and their requirements as well as appeal to job seekers,
• Conducting the employment process that includes onboarding of hired candidates and preparation of employment documents (contracts etc.),
• Developing a talent pipeline for immediate and future positions,
• Working closely with managers to forecast hiring needs,
• Providing regularly various recruiting reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree,
• 1+ year of related work experience in a recruiter position, consultancy company experience is a plus,
• Preferably experience in IT sector and mobile development recruitment (iOS Developer),
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Experience in delivering HR services to internal/external clients,
• Experience in process, project and change management,
• Effective communications with excellent networking and strong interpersonal skills,
• Proven ability to build and influence relationships at all levels,
• Highly effective organization, planning and time management skills.
