We are seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. Prior recruiting experience is by no means required. We welcome candidates from sales, customer service, operations, or other client-facing roles who bring strong communication skills, personality, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and help shape job descriptions
-Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
-Conduct initial conversations to assess skills, communication, and overall fit
-Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and follow-ups
-Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future roles
-Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
-Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
-Prior experience working with U.S. based clients and teams is preferred
-Strong soft skills and natural ability to build rapport
-Confident, engaging personality with the ability to carry on conversations professionally
-Adaptable, coachable, and open to feedback
-Comfortable working with technology and able to quickly learn new software and systems
-Ability to learn new industries and understand different types of roles
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Ability to work full-time, 9am to 5pm EST
-Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
