In this particular role, you will primarily help your lead recruiter with interviewing and assessing candidates.
Schedule:
- Full-time: hours depend on your timezone
Pay Range:
- $800-$1200 monthly based on experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Interview Candidates (remotely)
- Create and Maintain Talent Pipelines
- Conduct Candidate Assessments
- Build Relationships with Candidates
- Develop and Refine Recruitment Systems and SOPs
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or agency environment
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for remote roles, particularly executive assistants
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- C2 level proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced proficiency in tools like G Suite, Notion, and ATS platforms (experience with ChatGPT is a plus)
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and improving recruitment metrics
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity
Technical Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
- A modern computer or laptop with a multi-core processor (Intel i5 or higher/equivalent).
- Proficiency with remote communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Google Meet.
- A noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear communication.
