Requirements

  • Conduct initial phone screens for candidates and send qualified candidates to the hiring manager, with notes. At times you will be the sole interviewer, once you've gained an understanding of the role.
  • Able to handle a high volume of phone calls while incorporating positive interpersonal skills when communicating with applicants, employees and hiring managers.
  • At least two years' experience in a customer service related field
  • Maintain an organized schedule and clear communication with applicants
  • Work independently and as part of a team to reach staffing goals for the company and project
  • Employ organizational skills to effectively minimize obstacles that negatively impact the project. Able to employ sound decision-making/problem solving skills to resolve issues and seek advice as needed
  • Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures as well as additional legal regulatory requirements especially in regard to the interviewing process
  • Communicate daily with HR team on all staffing status updates
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • At least one year of Recruiting experience is required
  • Incredibly comfortable talking on the phone and connecting with new people
  • Previous customer service experience is required
  • Must be able to communicate, at all levels effectively using both verbal and written communication
  • Aptitude to comply with company policies, project hiring requirements and client requirements
  • Strong knowledge of computer programs and software including: Microsoft Office programs (Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); use of the Internet
