We’re hiring a Recruiter to primarily support our Deployment Strategy (DS) team - technical, customer-facing operators who are core to how Peregrine delivers impact to customers. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role for someone who can deeply understand a complex, hybrid profile and run a rigorous, end-to-end hiring process.

Deployment Strategists are among the most critical and challenging roles we hire for. They sit at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Business Development, and Customer Success, and the quality of this team directly determines how quickly and effectively Peregrine delivers value in the field. Scaling with exceptional talent isn’t just a recruiting function - it’s a company-level priority.

This role will also support our Customer Advocacy and Training teams as needed, maintaining the same high bar for quality, process, and candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Deployment Strategists from sourcing through close, with some support to our other Customer-Facing functions
  • Build deep expertise in the Deployment Strategist persona: technically strong (SQL/Python), business-minded, customer-facing operators who design workflows, model data, and build pipelines that drive real-world outcomes
  • Map and engage adjacent talent pools including consultants, engineers, product managers, and mission-driven operators with a proven track record of impact
  • Provide ongoing market intelligence on compensation, talent availability, and competitive dynamics
  • Design targeted sourcing strategies for candidates who thrive in ambiguity, can own complex data work, and communicate clearly with external stakeholders
  • Run high-velocity, structured pipelines while delivering a white-glove candidate experience
  • Partner closely with Deployment Strategy leadership on role definition, leveling, and interview rigor
  • Successfully close top talent in a highly competitive market by clearly articulating Peregrine’s mission, individual impact, and long-term opportunity.

About You

  • 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Proven success hiring specialized technical and hybrid roles (e.g., Deployment Strategists, Forward-Deployed Engineers, Product Managers)
  • Exceptional sourcing skills with a track record of finding hybrid profiles who can code, operate autonomously, and drive excellent outcomes
  • Bring a thoughtful point of view to hiring decisions - you have a voice and we want to hear it!
  • Consistently deliver against ambitious hiring goals without lowering the bar
  • A strong storyteller who can clearly convey why the DS role - and Peregrine - matters
  • Willingness to be in person 4 days/week at our NYC HQ

 

Salary Range: $145,000 - $190,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
