POSITION: Recruiter- Contractor role

CONTRACT DURATION: 3 months

Requirements

The individual in this role will have the opportunity to:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of each business function, our products, and how each role contributes to our strategic objectives.
  • Manage an efficient, full-cycle recruitment process to meet the strategic hiring goals for multiple teams within the agreed upon timeline and budget.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Leverage market data to provide key insights to hiring managers to help determine creative hiring strategies.
  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the hiring needs.
  • Leverage various social media platforms to adverstise positions.
  • Source candidates with diverse backgrounds for each of the open roles.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other People and Culture colleagues during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, start dates, and other pertinent details related to benefits.
  • Schedule interviews, screen candidates, and oversee candidate end-to-end candidate journey.
  • Builds strong partnerships with your stakeholders (hiring managers, vendors, and recruiters) through effective communication and updates.
  • Partner with our amazing internal marketing team to build company brand as a great place to work.

Requirements and skills:

  • 4 to 9 years of experience as an in-house recruiter in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience in hiring for roles at all levels and various technical and non-technical functions.
  • Strong project management and team-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to follow-through.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system, such as Workable, is preferred
