About You

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing Recruiting team! You will work closely with hiring managers across business functions to help identify and recruit top talent to drive business performance. You have a proven track record of recruiting in a high growth startup environment and are eager to take on the challenge of rapidly growing our company. From generating a pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate, you make the candidate experience outstanding and manage it from end to end.

What you'll do and how you'll make an impact

  • Work with a motivated team of Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Partner with hiring teams to understand their organizational objectives and drive a customized hiring plan to achieve those needs.
  • Create unique strategies to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent, from branding and events to sourcing and referrals.
  • Source and identify active and passive candidates to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Manage candidates throughout the entire recruiting process and create an excellent candidate experience.
  • Proactively contribute to improving Recruiting processes in a fast-growing environment.

What we’re looking for

  • 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth tech startup environment.
  • Proven ability to fill both tech (engineering, product) and GTM (sales, marketing) roles.
  • Strong communication skills and relationship-building expertise.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar).
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics like candidate NPS, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rate.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Understands what each candidate brings to the table, and the ability to connect that candidate with the right opportunity at AppDirect.
