Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for client roles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate placement and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to streamline processes and track candidate progress.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and industry best practices to continually improve our hiring strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter, preferably in staffing or recruitment agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, with a focus on technology-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing candidate information.
