Recruiter (3 Month Contract)
TLDR
Manage full-cycle recruitment for store-level roles across The Black Tux’s retail operations, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while supporting corporate hiring as needed.
Recruit for all store-level positions, from associates to store managers, while providing additional support for warehouse operations and HQ roles as needed to meet The Black Tux’s evolving staffing needs.
Manage job postings on various platforms and maintain up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (Lever).
Experience owning a high-volume requisition load of 20+ roles while maintaining speed and candidate experience
Candidate Experience
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
Ensure candidates receive a positive and seamless experience from application to onboarding.
Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, candidate communication, and facilitating onsite or virtual interview logistics.
Recruitment Administration
Draft offer letters and support onboarding processes in partnership with HR.
Maintain organized and compliant recruitment files and documentation.
Collaboration & Metrics
Track and meet key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and identify areas for continuous improvement.
1+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on retail or high-volume hiring.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Able to juggle multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Passionate about creating an exceptional candidate experience and supporting company culture.

Experience with ATS platforms (Lever is a plus).
Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft tools; advanced Excel skills are a bonus.
