Position Overview

The Recovery Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing a team of Collections/Recovery agents to maximize portfolio performance, improve recovery rates, and ensure compliance with company standards.

This role requires a strong leader who can drive performance, coach effectively, and maintain high levels of accountability while fostering a positive and results-driven team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Recovery/Collections agents to achieve and exceed performance targets
  • Monitor daily team performance, including call activity, recovery rates, and KPIs
  • Provide real-time feedback, call coaching, and ongoing training to improve effectiveness
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
  • Analyze performance data and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Implement action plans to drive productivity, efficiency, and revenue recovery
  • Handle escalated customer situations and support agents in complex cases
  • Partner with leadership to align team performance with business goals
  • Maintain team engagement, accountability, and a high-performance culture

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Collections, Recovery, or related financial services roles
  • 1+ year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role (preferred)
  • Advanced English (written and verbal)
  • Strong background in call center environments
  • Proven experience managing KPIs and driving team performance
  • Strong coaching, leadership, and team development skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • High level of accountability and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work on-site, full-time
