Assisting in preparing and updating the staff list, including verifying job titles in accordance with the Ukrainian Classification of Professions
Participating in the preparation and updating of employees’ job descriptions
Supporting the processes of hiring, transferring, and terminating employees (drafting orders, verifying documents)
Assisting with maintaining employment record books and electronic records, as well as digitizing employment record books
Creating and updating employees’ personal files
Preparing timesheets and checking their accuracy
Assisting in arranging annual leaves and preparing the vacation schedule
Drafting orders related to bonuses and other HR documentation
Participating in the preparation of HR-related reporting
Supporting military record-keeping processes and monitoring changes in relevant legislation
Preparing certificates and extracts upon employees’ requests
Providing basic HR-related consultations to employees
Experience in HR administration
Knowledge of the basics of Ukrainian labor legislation
Knowledge of legislation requirements related to military record keeping
Understanding of HR documentation processes
Experience working with HR information systems
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to quickly learn new tools and software (both simple and more technical)
Attention to detail, responsibility, and strong organizational skills
English level: Pre-Intermediate
