The role

This is a 6-month paid internship - ideally full-time 8 hrs per day/40 hours per week - at the office. There is flexibility. 

As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to experience the real world of business forecasting and implement your ideas in ongoing projects. 

What you'll do:

  • Participate in automation and new business project – automation of intercompany invoicing.
  • Support team members with document management activities.
  • Verify and process inventory-related and fixed asset related vendor invoices
  • Issue and book intercompany invoices.
  • Perform calculations in Excel under the guidance of the other team members.
  • Maintain good relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Provide supporting documentation and reports for audits
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for the needs of the
    organization

You'd be great for this role if you:

  • Are a Year 3 or 4 Student in Accounting, Finance or other related degree 
  • Have fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Have Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Have previous experience with ERP is considered an advantage
  • Have high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Have strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and cross group collaboration skills
  • Are a strong team player able to interact with colleagues at all levels
  • Are target driven with ability to remain focused on goals and maintaining effective work despite challenges
  • Have ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a high-paced multinational organization
