We are currently looking for a Legal Advisor to join our team and provide essential support and provide expert legal support across all areas, including property sales, rentals, management, and construction.

About the Role:
Square One is seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our headquarters. You will be the first point of contact for clients and partners and will work closely with the Office Manager to support daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients, partners, and visitors
• Manage calls, emails, and front-desk communication
• Coordinate appointments and meeting rooms
• Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable office area
• Support the Office Manager with administrative and office tasks
• Handle mail, deliveries, and general office coordination

Requirements

• Experience in reception or administration preferred
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Fluent in English; Greek is an advantage
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
