We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to fill the role of Receptionist/ Office Coordinator. This position is responsible for overseeing various aspects of our workplace to ensure a positive and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for creating an exceptional employee experience. Please note that this position requires the candidate to work on-site at both the current office location (Place Alexis-Nihon) and the future office location at McGill College. The successful candidate must be comfortable with the transition between these office locations.
