We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for participants, visitors, and callers.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a receptionist role, preferably within a call center or high-volume phone environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities simultaneously.
Reliable transportation is required, as this role is fully onsite.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, screen and route them to the appropriate individual or department
Take accurate messages when necessary and ensure timely follow-up
Greet visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
Escalate participant-related concerns to the appropriate personnel for prompt and accurate resolution
Open, date stamp, and sort incoming mail for distribution
Scan and index mail and correspondence appropriately
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed
Maintain organization of front desk operations and documentation
Qualifications
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role
Experience supporting or working within a call center environment strongly preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
Ability to manage high call volumes with accuracy and efficiency
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Reliable transportation to commute onsit
