Receptionist/Front Office Executive

The Receptionist/Front Office Executive role involves maintaining a welcoming reception, providing office support, and coordinating with HR for new hires, contributing to a positive work environment.

What your impact will be
Greeting Visitors: Welcoming Employees and visitors, ensuring a smooth and positive experience with greeting the visitors and employees. Ensuring the reception & office area is well-maintained. Providing Basic Office Support: Assisting with photocopying, submitting it to finance and other routine office tasks. Checking all the meeting rooms for marker pens, AC , Lights and chairs are placed properly. Repair & maintenance : Checking frequently on repair and maintenance and co-ordinate with building technicians and resolving ASAP. Providing Information Answering questions and providing assistance to visitors. Managing Office Supplies: Monitoring and ordering office supplies. Supporting HR and Operations: Assisting with onboarding new hires with seating arrangement & arranging goodies for the new hires. Arranging flowers for new joiners and arranging weekly flowers for the reception area. Managing visitor logs, Courier logs. issuing access badges & arranging access to visitors in coordinating with building security. Managing stationery stocks inventory and updating it on a weekly basis. Flexibility in their working hours.
