Requirements

What you bring: 

• Relevant qualification or experience in customer service   

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Consistency and strong attention in details 

• Proficiency in hotel management software 

• Ability to work varied shifts 

• Willingness to learn and develop 

• A team player 

• Indonesian citizen only
