At Atria, we are recruiting for a Receptionist to ensure that every caller's experience begins with a warm and personalized welcome and finishes with a supportive departure. This is an exciting opportunity to use your excellent administrative, phone etiquette and communication skills to support the Atria mainline. You are organized, polished, and detail-oriented. You are eager to seek out ways to make the Atria experience remarkable and personalized. You are someone who thrives in a high speed environment, performs well under pressure, and is eager to learn and contribute.

Hourly rate: $25/hour

Location: New York office - 100% onsite role | Monday to Friday | 9am - 5pm

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a luxury customer facing role 
  • Exceptional phone etiquette 
  • Experience with google suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, slack 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and no task too small attitude 
  • Ability to understand caller requests, ask questions and ensure members satisfaction with sufficient English skills is required
  • Mut be able to work a flexible schedule during the Institute's open hours Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm 
  • High School Diploma or GED
