Location: Macquarie Park, NSW

This role features a hybrid work arrangement, with four days in the office to promote collaboration, build strong connections, and enhance team engagement.

 

We’re looking for a Rebate Administrator to join the UVG team. Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, you’ll ensure supplier rebates are processed accurately and efficiently, helping our members receive the rewards they’ve earned.

What you’ll be doing

              Managing monthly and quarterly supplier rebate processes

              Reviewing, validating, and reconciling rebate data

              Preparing and issuing supplier invoices

              Maintaining accurate records and tracking payments

              Producing rebate distribution summaries for member clinics

              Monitoring outstanding balances and following up as required

              Managing the Business Development Fund register

              Supporting month-end finance processes, including rebate accruals

              Responding to supplier and internal queries

              Maintaining reporting accuracy and supporting data integrity

              Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline processes

 

What you’ll bring

Essential:

              3+ years’ experience in a finance or procurement team

              Strong communication skills and confidence in managing stakeholders

              Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Desirable:

              Degree or diploma in Commerce, Business, or Finance

              Familiarity with Microsoft Navision and/or Pronto

              Experience with data warehouse systems

              Background in veterinary, retail, franchising, or healthcare industries
