From Fortune 500 giants to local businesses, our impact is far-reaching. As a fully remote, rapidly growing team, we're excited to invite top talent worldwide to join us in reshaping the future of retail security.

About the Role

We are seeking a Real-Time Analyst (RTA) to serve as the "air traffic control" of our Loss Prevention operations. This role is built for a data-driven specialist who thrives in high-velocity environments and can manage complex work queues in real-time.

You will be responsible for ensuring our global staff capacity aligns perfectly with incoming task volumes. Your mission is to eliminate bottlenecks, safeguard our SLAs, and ensure that every AI-detected event is reviewed with maximum efficiency.

What You’ll Own

  • Capacity Management: Track staff capacity and task allocation throughout the day, adjusting priorities as volumes shift or staffing levels change.

  • Queue Monitoring: Monitor real-time work item queues across multiple verticals to ensure no task is left behind.

  • SLA Safeguarding: Identify and escalate processing bottlenecks or SLA risks to leadership before they impact the customer.

  • Intraday Reporting: Provide high-frequency reporting on productivity, throughput, and queue health to keep the operation informed.

  • Operational Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with operations managers to redistribute workloads based on real-time staffing and volume data.

  • Working hours: Wednesday–Sunday.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: 1–3 years of experience in a back-office or operations environment, specifically in a Workforce Management (WFM) or Real-Time Analyst capacity.

  • Analytical: Highly analytical and comfortable working with large data sets to draw actionable conclusions on the fly.

  • Excel Expert: Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, and data manipulation) to build and maintain tracking tools.

  • Clear Communicator: Able to translate complex data findings into simple, operational recommendations for managers and team leads.

  • Agile: You remain calm under pressure and can pivot strategies quickly when volume spikes or technical issues arise.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Loss Prevention, security monitoring, or AI-video analytics environments.

  • Familiarity with specialized WFM software and real-time dashboarding tools.

  • Experience working in a global, 24/7 remote environment.

Why Panoptyc?

  • Impact: Your work directly determines how fast we catch theft and protect our clients' bottom line.

  • Innovation: Work at the intersection of human intelligence and cutting-edge computer vision.

  • Growth: Join a fast-growing team where operational excellence is recognized and rewarded.

  • Global Culture: A collaborative, remote-first environment with teammates across the globe.
