A residential real estate business seeks a full-time Virtual Assistant to support lead management, CRM organization, property research, and light transaction coordination. The VA will help keep conversations, pipelines, and documents organized, assist with calendar management, and perform administrative tasks to support smooth operations.
Top Key Tasks:
Lead & Contact Management Review unread conversations, tag/segment leads, and maintain an organized pipeline.
CRM Hygiene Update records, notes, and statuses; ensure leads are filtered properly for review.
Property Research Set up home searches based on buyer criteria and maintain property information.
Transaction Coordination Support Assist with file organization, document tracking, and signing workflow support (licensed tasks handled by agent).
Calendar & Appointment Management Coordinate meetings, showings, and follow-ups.
Optional Growth Tasks Monitor realtor recruiting replies, LinkedIn outreach, and light marketing using AI-assisted posting tools.

English Communication Requirements:
