As a Real Estate Underwriter, you will conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and deal structuring. Responsibilities include evaluating and underwriting commercial real estate transactions, managing the deal pipeline, preparing financial models, and conducting market research. You will collaborate with lenders and internal teams to support capital deployment and investment decisions.
