Position Title: Real Estate Specialist
Reports to: CEO / Marketing Manager
Department: Corporate Stays Real Estate Division
Location: Latin America (Remote / Hybrid)
Overview The Real Estate Specialist plays a key role in expanding Corporate Stays’ real estate presence across Latin America. This position bridges investment, sales, and marketing, identifying new opportunities for Corporate Stays to operate and sell furnished units in residential and mixed-use developments.
The role combines business development, client relations, and project coordination, ensuring that Corporate Stays Real Estate connects property developers, investors, and buyers through a professional, performance-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Acquisition & Partnership Development
- Identify new buildings, real estate projects, and investment opportunities where Corporate Stays could operate furnished apartments.
- Contact developers, real estate promoters, and building owners to explore management and sales partnerships.

Negotiate and secure exclusive listing mandates for the sale and marketing of selected projects.
2. Marketing & Campaign Coordination

Collaborate with the Corporate Stays Marketing Team to:
- Create and manage advertising campaigns, landing pages, and online listings.
- Promote projects through digital marketing channels, social media, and targeted advertising.
- Ensure all marketing content is aligned with Corporate Stays’ brand standards and investment positioning.
3. Lead Management & Conversion
- Manage all sales and investor inquiries through the company’s CRM (HubSpot).
- Follow up with potential clients, provide detailed property and investment information, and convert leads into sales.
- Record and track all communications, leads, and opportunities through the CRM system.

Report weekly on performance metrics and conversion results.
4. Post-Sale Coordination
- Once a client purchases a property, coordinate with Casa Suarez (FF&E Division) to offer turnkey furnishing packages.

Work closely with the Corporate Stays Operations Team to prepare the property for rental management under the Corporate Stays brand.
5. Relationship Management & Business Growth
- Build long-term relationships with developers, brokers, and investors across Latin America.
- Represent Corporate Stays Real Estate at industry events, exhibitions, and real estate forums.

Provide management with market intelligence and competitive analysis to guide expansion strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate sector (sales, acquisitions, or project marketing).
- Proven experience working in Latin American markets (preferably Panama, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, or Paraguay).
- Strong background in property sales, buyer representation, or real estate investment advisory.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), digital communication, and lead management systems.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of real estate projects acquired for Corporate Stays.
- Volume of sales and commission revenue generated.
- Lead conversion rate in CRM.

Objective The Real Estate Specialist ensures the sustainable expansion of Corporate Stays Real Estate throughout Latin America by converting property opportunities into fully furnished, revenue-generating assets managed under the Corporate Stays brand, connecting developers, investors, and operations in one seamless ecosystem.
