What you’ll be doing
We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems.
Your role is practical and high impact. You will:
Review and refine AI generated responses related to property valuation, transactions and market analysis
Evaluate outputs for commercial realism, regulatory alignment and local market accuracy
Draft realistic scenarios such as residential and commercial property sales, lease negotiations, investment analysis, cross border transactions or development feasibility
Create variations of the same scenario from different perspectives such as buyer, seller, agent, investor, developer or lender
Identify weaknesses in valuation logic, negotiation strategy, financing assumptions or regulatory interpretation
In simple terms:
You will assess and improve AI generated content to ensure it reflects real world real estate practice, pricing dynamics and transaction processes.
This is not listing management or deal brokering. Instead of working on individual properties, you will help improve how AI systems understand and reason about real estate markets at scale.
Your input directly improves how AI performs on property, valuation and transaction related topics.
Who this is for
You are:
A real estate agent, broker, property consultant, valuer or real estate investment professional
Based in the EU or UK
With several years of experience in residential or commercial real estate
Experienced in areas such as property valuation, transaction management, leasing, development, investment analysis or real estate finance
Comfortable identifying unrealistic pricing assumptions, flawed investment logic or weak negotiation strategies
Available 8 to 20 hours per week
Able to start in the coming weeks
This role is fully remote and flexible.
