Our client is looking for a personable, motivated Lead Engagement & Recruitment Specialist to help them connect with prospective real estate agents who may be a good fit for their brokerage. You will receive about 40 new leads per week through our client’s CRM, and your job will be to engage these contacts, build relationships, and encourage them to schedule calls with our recruitment team.
Responsibilities
• Follow up with approximately 40 new CRM leads each week
• Build rapport with prospective agents and learn about their goals and interests
• Encourage prospects to schedule intro calls about joining the brokerage
• Keep detailed notes and activity logs in the CRM
• Stay organized and maintain consistent follow-up across calls, texts, and email
• Maintain awareness of real estate industry trends and what agents care about
• Meet weekly goals for conversations and appointments set
• Work closely with leadership to improve messaging and lead-nurture strategies
Qualifications
• Experience in sales, recruiting, customer engagement, or lead nurturing
• Excellent communication skills: friendly, clear, and engaging
• Comfortable speaking with many new people and building relationships
• Knowledge of Zoho CRM - a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Basic familiarity with the real estate industry is helpful
• Ability to work regular Mountain Time business hours
• Self-motivated, consistent, and results-driven
Compensation
• Base pay plus bonuses for appointments set or hires made
