Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Support Manager to join our team supporting Real Estate sales professionals at our Chicago North Center Office (4037 N Damen Avenue, Chicago, IL 60618). This position requires on-site working and is not a remote position. The sales support manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the sales office and its administrative staff to ensure efficiency and to support a thriving company culture. This includes overseeing staff, streamlining administrative processes, implementing new tools and resources, and supporting the sales manager. The sales support manager also onboards broker associates and conducts marketing/technology training to increase associates’ productivity.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties may be assigned or delegated to support staff with sales manager approval.

  • Coordinate and conduct broker associate onboarding to ensure a smooth and organized start-up experience.
  • Provide technical training and support to broker associates on Baird & Warner tools and systems.
  • Assist broker associates with their Baird & Warner agent site and social media to help them brand and market their business.
  • Oversee and direct content of office social media to highlight the community the office serves and demonstrate the office’s culture.
  • Assist sales manager in their recruiting efforts including recruiting events, social media, and communicating with potential recruits as directed.
  • Assist sales manager with creating programs, processes, and events that support mortgage and title growth.
  • Assist sales manager by preparing support materials and participating in sales meetings as directed.
  • Providing transactional support to broker associates and oversight of administrative team as directed by sales manager.
  • Assisting sales manager with the process of tracking and responding to monthly production reports: generating ideas and proposing programs to drive sales results.
  • Assisting manager in tracking agent continuing education, current licensing, association, and office fees.
  • Create a fun, professional, supportive, and customer-service-focused environment so broker associates, employees, and clients have a positive experience in the office.
  • Foster our company culture through planning and executing incredible internal and external events such as office celebrations, events, meetings, and other special projects as directed by sales manager.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources for the hiring and onboarding of support staff.
  • Manage office environment including supplies, organization, maintenance, etc.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage, train, and ensure proper staffing levels of the office’s sales support team (i.e., administrative staff, front desk, broker assistants). Lead all sales support staff meetings and conduct one-on-one meetings with staff members.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Prior 3-5 years sales support or office management experience
