We are looking for a Real Estate Property Manager who will responsible for managing all aspects of assigned properties, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented, detail-focused, experienced in real estate operations and experienced in Appfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, move-ins/move-outs, and dispute resolution.
Ensure timely rent collection, invoicing, and lease renewals.
Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
Conduct property inspections to ensure lease compliance and safety standards.
Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking.
Advertise and market vacant properties on rental platforms and social media.
Enforce lease terms and manage evictions or legal proceedings if necessary.
Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, fair housing regulations, and building codes.
Maintain accurate records using property management software (Appfolio)

Requirements

Experience in property management, real estate, or leasing.
Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and lease agreements.
Proficiency in property management software APPFOLIO
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Experience handling rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently.
