We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to lead our property sourcing efforts. You’ll be the eyes and ears of our acquisition team, responsible for finding off-market and listed properties that meet our investment criteria.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential investment properties through MLS, Zillow, Redfin, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other platforms
- Analyze property data including comps, ARV, and market trends
- Maintain and update property databases and spreadsheets
- Communicate with agents, wholesalers, and sellers to gather property details
- Monitor new listings and price changes daily
- Assist in lead generation and CRM management
- Prepare property summaries and reports for review
Qualifications
- Prior experience in real estate or property sourcing (preferred)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Familiarity with real estate platforms and tools (MLS, Zillow, PropStream, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
