Key Responsibilities
- Property Sourcing & Identification
- Research and identify off-market and on-market properties that meet company investment goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, property owners, and industry contacts.
- Monitor local market trends, zoning changes, and development opportunities.
- Networking & Relationship Management
- Develop a pipeline of potential acquisitions through direct outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
- Attend industry events, property tours, and networking functions to expand sourcing channels.
- Negotiate with property owners and intermediaries to secure favorable deals.
- Market Analysis & Due Diligence
- Conduct preliminary financial and market analysis to evaluate property viability.
- Collaborate with analysts and legal teams to support underwriting and due diligence.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for acquisition opportunities.
- Transaction Support
- Assist in coordinating acquisition processes from initial contact to closing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, negotiations, and property details in CRM systems.
- Support senior management in decision-making with timely updates and insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, brokerage, or property sourcing.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively generate leads.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
