Real Estate Accountant

Mira Estate is a Dubai-based real estate agency specializing in property investment, buying, selling, and rental management. They collaborate with top developers like Emaar and Damac, offering luxury properties and investment solutions.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks to ensure the financial health of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide insights into the company's financial performance and trends.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure efficient use of funds and timely payments.
• Coordinate and assist with the annual audit process, liaising with auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support ongoing projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in accounting or finance roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in UAE and 2-3 years in Real Estate.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
