Objective:

Provide technical support to the RDI department to the current products in validations by execution of mechanical tests, development of new products or technologies with prototypes or experimental laboratory tests, as well as the fulfillment of the assigned objectives and values. 

What does the job do?

• Execute mechanical and packaging testing.
• Support engineers in the execution of laboratory and experimental tests.
• Support in laboratory prototyping of new products and improvements to existing products.
• Create documentation and give traceability of RDI sample control as well as evaluation of homologous, alternative, and new materials.
• Compliance with GMPs and 5s in the laboratory.
• Supports SAP implementation and sustaining activities
• Participate in improvement projects of the RDI department.

Requirements:

• Technical grade in Production Supervision or Quality
• Desirable: Engineering student (less than 50% progress in studies) 
• 2 years of experience in medical industry.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Evaluation:

• Medical test
• Competency-based interview with hiring team.
