Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition at REAL, you will play a key role in building our R&D organization. You’ll proactively identify, engage, and attract top technical talent in a fast-moving environment. This is a hands-on sourcing role for someone who genuinely loves the hunt - digging into data, exploring platforms, and finding great people before anyone else does.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers and HR to build strong pipelines for engineering, data, AI, and product roles - helping us scale thoughtfully and quickly.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for R&D roles (Engineering & AI), from sourcing to offer stage.
- Own proactive sourcing efforts, identifying and engaging top talent across LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche communities, databases, referrals, and beyond.
- Build and maintain structured talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market mapping and talent research to understand competitive landscapes.
- Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that reflects REAL’s tone and vision.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the entire process, ensuring a high-touch and professional journey.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and drive hiring strategies.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve sourcing velocity, efficiency, and hiring outcomes.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or technical recruitment, with a strong focus on R&D roles.
- Proven ability to proactively source across diverse platforms and databases.
- Strong research skills and comfort working with data.
- High level of proactivity, ownership, and persistence.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Passion for sourcing - curiosity, creativity, and love for finding great talent.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
