We are looking for talented Mechanical Engineer to join us!

🌍 At Beewise, we’re on a mission to save the world — one bee at a time.
With bee populations in global decline, we develop cutting-edge solutions at the intersection of robotics, AI, and environmental science to protect pollinators and preserve biodiversity.
We’re a team of engineers, scientists, and innovators using technology for good — shaping the future of sustainable agriculture.
If you’re looking for meaningful impact through innovation, we’d love to have you on board.

What You'll Do?

  • Design and develop mechanical systems and components — from concept through detailed design
  • Design electromechanical mechanisms and motion assemblies
  • Develop mechanical enclosures and packaging for electro-mechanical systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, electronics, and software
  • Provide ongoing support to production, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets
  • Work with external validation and manufacturing partners to ensure timely and spec-compliant delivery of systems and devices
  • Prepare technical documentation, conduct mechanical calculations, and perform static analysis

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience with mechanical engineering:
    • Proven Experience with CAD software (preferably SolidWorks)
    • Hands-on experience in mechanical design from concept through detailed design
    • Familiarity with a variety of manufacturing technologies, including precision milling, metal casting, 3D printing, and sheet metal fabrication
    • Experience in design transfer to high-volume manufacturing (HVM)
    • Ability to compose technical reports and perform static analysis and mechanical calculations
  • Teamwork, creativity, problem-solving skills, and analytic thinking
  • Strong organizational skills

Advantage:

  • 2 years working in a start-up
  • Experience with robotics
  • Experience with design and selection of electrical components such as - servo motors, stepper motors, proximity sensors etc.
  • Experience in design of linear motion systems
  • Experience in designing injection plastic, rotational molding, and vacuum-forming parts
  • Experience with working in a PDM environment

Beewise is probably the coolest, most impactful, start-up you haven't heard of; yet. The first of its kind to successfully save the bees, at  scale, and by that secure the global food supply. We do this by deploying Machine Learning, AI, precision robotics, and state of the art software and hardware designs (Lean anyone?). We operate at the intersection of software, artificial intelligence, hardware and biology. Can it get any more challenging? If you like a good challenge and are ready to work for a mid-sized start-up with an (almost) impossible mission, to save the world (no less), keep reading.
