Range Installation Specialist

Help build the future of golf technology across Europe 

Do you love working hands-on with technology? Do you enjoy travelling, solving problems on-site, and seeing projects come to life in the real world? 

At Trackman, we’re looking for someone who thrives outside the office, someone who enjoys combining technical skills, practical installations, and international travel to deliver world-class experiences for our customers. 

You’ll join our Trackman Range team and help install the technology powering some of the most advanced driving ranges across EMEA. From golf resorts and entertainment venues to premium clubs and practice facilities, your work will directly shape how thousands of golfers experience the game. 

The role 

You will help build experiences powered by some of the most advanced sports tracking technology in the world. Our technology is used by the best golfers on the planet, major tournaments and broadcasters and premium golf clubs and entertainment venues worldwide. And you’ll be one of the people making it all work in the field. 

One week you might be: 

• installing radar systems in Spain  

• calibrating targets in Germany  

• troubleshooting networks in the UK  

• training customers in Italy 

• working side-by-side with colleagues from across the world  

The next week, you’ll be back at HQ preparing equipment, improving processes, and helping the next installation run even smoother. 

What you’ll work with 

You’ll be involved in: 

• On-site installation of Trackman Range systems  

• Calibration and mapping of radar-based tracking technology  

• Network setup and Wi-Fi configuration  

• Android touchscreen setup  

• QA and troubleshooting  

• Customer training and support  

• Coordination with project managers and R&D teams  

You don’t need to know everything from day one, but you do need curiosity, technical confidence, and the motivation to figure things out. 

Requirements

What we are looking for

• Like working hands-on with tools and technical equipment  

• Enjoy travelling and working in different environments, up to ~75% 

• Can stay calm and solution-oriented when things change  

• Are comfortable working independently on-site  

• Have experience with installations, field service, AV, networking, construction tech, or similar  

• Speak and write English comfortably  

• Have a driver’s license  

Bonus points if you’ve worked with: Networks / Wi-Fi setup, technical installations, field operations, ports tech, golf technology.  

It is considered a strong advantage if you have experience with golf, whether through playing the game or working within the golf industry.

We have just moved to our state-of-art HQ in Hørsholm, located at DTU Science Park. We take great pride in the building we designed! The office features bright meeting rooms, coffee areas to catch up with colleagues, a large testing arena with simulators available for employees and a fitness centre, everything surrounded by a beautiful forest and respecting the environment. We made sure to utilize the newest technologies to be energy efficient and be mindful of ventilation and sound propagation. The cherry on top is our canteen: with an indoor and outdoor area to enjoy the fresh food prepared by our own kitchen staff.
