About Us

We are offering a dynamic academic placement for a motivated student interested in gaining hands-on experience in the publishing industry. This opportunity will provide valuable insight into both digital and print publishing, with a focus on editorial work, press communications, and content adaptation.

 

What you’ll do

During this placement, you will:

  • Assist in rewriting and adapting press releases for different audiences and platforms
  • Support the editorial team in proofreading, fact-checking, and content development
  • Contribute to digital content strategy, including social media and website updates
  • Work on print production, helping to format, edit, and review upcoming publications
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support editorial decisions
  • Collaborate with different teams, including marketing, PR, and design

Requirements

What we’re looking for

  • A current student in Publishing, English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail
  • Interest in both digital and print publishing trends
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, or CMS platforms (a plus, but not required)
