Background
Nexleaf Analytics is a nonprofit organization driving the digital transformation of low-resource health systems through innovative, holistic solutions. By integrating real-time sensor technology, smart data tools, and AI-enabled workforce development, Nexleaf empowers health workers to keep critical medical equipment functioning, ensure supplies are delivered, and maintain reliable electricity— saving money and lives.
Nexleaf Analytics is seeking a Malawi-based independent contractor to provide implementation support services for the Rapid Response and Repair (R3) project. Co-designed and led by MoHs and country partners from the beginning, R3 prioritizes and reinforces long-term country ownership and sustainability beyond the project lifecycle. The R3 project began in early 2025 and ends in June 2026.
The contractor will work with the project’s two local subcontractor organizations to manage the piloting and implementation of the countrywide scale-up of the R3 prototypes developed in an earlier phase of the project.
