Quinto Ai is a talent acquisition and talent management software tool that is built on 35 years of expertise in competency based job descriptions with HRSG. This capability will transform how HR teams can hire and develop the talent they need to support the business growth of their company.
This role is focused on conducting demos of the Quinto Ai product and contributing to the work associated with the sales activities necessary to create and maintain a sales funnel that will lead to achieving the metrics necessary to meet and exceed the monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Software Sales
Manage software demos and discovery calls for organizations within the outbound campaigns
Qualify leads to determine fit and align product capabilities with client needs.
Lead proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations for software deals.
Ensure smooth handoff to implementation/support teams post-contract signing.
Maintain detailed records in HubSpot for all client interactions and deal progress.
Conduct outbound sales calls when the demo target is not met for the week to fill the demo pipeline for future targets
Sales Forecasting and Reporting
Provide regular input into sales forecasts and pipeline reports to support organizational planning.
Collaborate with finance and executive teams to align sales targets with revenue goals.
Analyze sales trends and pipeline data to identify potential risks or opportunities.
Sales Team Collaboration and Best Practices
Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and client knowledge.
Develop scripts for demos
Document the demo process
Develop and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide mentoring or training to junior team members when required.
Understand the required skills and qualifications, anticipate the questions you may be asked, and study well-prepared answers using our sample responses.
